Our plan provides scheduled service care to maintain the efficient performance of your heating and air conditioning systems. This lowers utility expenses.

Included in this plan:

• 1. System Inspection
  A complete system inspection with a copy of service technician's report showing the repairs that were / are necessary will be furnished.
• 2. Lubrication and Adjustment
  All required lubrication and adjusting of components will be made.
• 3. Air Filter Service
  Permanent air filters will be cleaned or replacement filters will be replaced. You will receive priority emergency service with a 10% discount on parts and labor when you take part in our Preventative Maintenance Plan.
